Shift Solutions, LLC was founded in 2010, where we began developing and testing proprietary software for the facilitation of fully automated staff scheduling and qualification based shift trading using a web application or SaaS. In April 2011, our first web app and product, myshifttrade.com, went live.

    Shift Solutions, LLC was initially created to solve a problem with trading shifts within fire departments. We have since surpassed our original goal and now offer a product that can be used by fire departments, EMS services, and large 24hr staffed industries worldwide. No software expense, no hardware upgrade and you can log in from anywhere.
